About fixya earning?

I have rating of 90.6% and just gained guru ranking.
how can i earn money from it as i didn't enter address or any paypal id here yet.

If you maintain a rating of 85% or more and are a wiz or guru then you are able to earn money.
You must also answer 30 free questions a month to qualify
